Encourage One Another

So my friends had a really cool idea to begin encouraging one another on a regular basis. Because, let’s face it, we receive negative messages (usually from our own minds) All. Day. Long.  Which can be so draining. And as moms and wives, sisters and daughters, teachers and taxi drivers, nurses and chefs, and all the other things we manage to do on a daily basis, sometimes it’s easy to get mired down in all the mess and craziness of life.

And forget who we really are.

So they came up with this cool idea to start a blog in which four friends leave encouraging messages for one another. On a regular basis. To help carry one another’s burdens. To help lift each other up.  To try to combat those pesky negative messages we hear.  And because we are admonished to do so.

“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”  1 Thessalonians 5:11

“But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.” Hebrews 3:13

“Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.” 2 Corinthians 13:11

So if you are so inclined, and want some encouragement of your own, pop on over to

I pray as we strive to encourage each other, that you are encouraged, too.
